What's included in every web design project?
Every build includes SSL, responsive design for all screen sizes, Google Analytics 4, Yoast SEO setup, a contact form with spam protection, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and email setup assistance. You also get 3 months of free Basic maintenance after launch, no strings attached.
Do you require a contract or deposit?
Yes: a simple project agreement and 50% deposit are required before work begins. This protects both sides and ensures we're aligned on scope, timeline, and deliverables from day one.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my maintenance plan?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. There's no penalty for changing plans.
What if I need work that's outside my plan?
Anything beyond your plan's scope is quoted separately and billed at an hourly rate. We'll always get your approval before doing any out-of-scope work, no surprise invoices.
How long does a typical web design project take?
Most projects are completed in 2–6 weeks depending on scope, content readiness, and revision cycles. We'll give you a realistic timeline during the discovery conversation, not a number designed to win the contract.
