Everything in your quote is delivered. That starting price covers a fully custom, responsive site with SSL, Google Analytics, and SEO setup included.

Custom design, responsive build, SSL certificate, Google Analytics 4, Yoast SEO, a contact form with spam protection, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and three months of free maintenance. What isn't included by default: hosting, domain registration, copywriting, and photography. We offer all of those as add-ons. You'll receive a full itemized quote before any work begins.

We work with WordPress, Squarespace, and custom HTML/CSS/JS, and we choose based on your needs, not ours. WordPress is best for content-heavy sites that need full flexibility. Squarespace is better when simplicity and low maintenance matter more. Custom-built is right when platforms can't do what you need. We give you an honest recommendation in the first conversation.

SEO is how Google finds and ranks your site. There are two layers: technical SEO (site speed, mobile-friendliness, page structure, meta titles, alt text) and ongoing content SEO (writing, backlinks, updates). Every site we build includes technical SEO from day one. Without that foundation, nothing else works. Ongoing content SEO is a separate effort we can help with, but it isn't a one-time thing.

It depends on the platform and your comfort level with technology. WordPress and Squarespace sites are built so most clients can handle everyday updates without calling us: swapping photos, editing text, publishing blog posts. That said, even user-friendly platforms have a learning curve, and not everyone wants to manage their own site. Custom-coded sites require a developer for any changes to the code itself, regardless of technical ability. They're hand-built for performance and precision, and that's not something a standard editor can touch. Whatever platform you're on, we're always available when you need us.

Most projects are completed in 4–8 weeks from kickoff to launch. The biggest variable is content. When copy, photos, and feedback arrive on time, timelines hold. We run clear milestones: discovery, mockups, development, revisions, and launch. You always know where things stand.

Three full rounds of revisions are included with every project. One round equals one consolidated set of feedback submitted at one time. In practice most clients don't use all three, because we build from a thorough kickoff conversation. Additional rounds are billed at $125/hour.

Every project includes three months of free maintenance covering security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and small content fixes. After that, you can roll into a maintenance plan starting at $29/month or pay for support as needed. Your site won't be handed off and forgotten.

Yes: a simple project agreement and 50% deposit are required before work begins. This protects both sides and ensures we're aligned on scope, timeline, and deliverables from day one.

Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. There's no penalty for changing plans.

Anything beyond your plan's scope is quoted separately and billed at an hourly rate. We'll always get your approval before doing any out-of-scope work. No surprise invoices.
